It’s time for an Employee Spotlight on our new team member, Dave Baer! Dave is a Vietnam era veteran and has enjoyed a 38-year career in the Mortgage Industry. He has successfully served in a variety of mid-level and senior-level managerial roles in retail, correspondent, and wholesale lending. He has experience and success in managing startups and mergers, and also has a demonstrated track record in giving back to the industry and the community. He was on the Board of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Metropolitan Washington for 7 years and served as its President. He has also served on the Board of Banks and Non-Profit organizations.
